Refund Policy

The website listed above, herein referred to as "Website" is operated by the following party: Gigiscuties.com, a company based in Vermont (herein referred to as "Operator"). Foe any questions or comments regarding the Refund Policy, customers may email the following lik: Ginaq@gigiscuties,com. Customers may request a refund or replacement within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund/replacement the following conditions must be met (see conditions outlined below).

Refund/Replacement Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee or replacement of products if the following conditions apply (under certain circumstances). We invite you to read the conditions below in entirety to see if any of the conditions apply to your situation. 

You, "the Buyer" have 30 days from purchase to request a refund or replacement. After 30 days, there are no guarantees your request will be reviewed.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange all physical products must be packaged with all accessories and parts. If the complete package is returned all parts, manuals and free gifts must be returned with the package.

The cost of returning is at the discretion of the Operator. If a replacement is deemed appropriate, the Operator will ship at no charge to the Buyer. If the Buyer requests a refund and all parts, papers and gifts are returned in new condition, or condition received a full refund may be granted minus shipping cost.

There are NO refunds for video recordings, unless the Operator does not fulfill the order as specified and no video was recorded and uploaded to specified site.

If you refund is approved, you will receive your refund on the credit card or original form of payment within 14 business days of approval.

If a replacement is approved you will receive your replacement within 14 business days from approval, (unless stated in approval email due to stocking issues). In some cases, since the Operator has limited stock of every item to keep an eclectic offering, you may be offered an alternate replacement if item is no longer available.
